Participation in the competition organised by KBL GmbH Ringstraße 24-26, 56307 Dernbach, hereinafter referred to as the organiser, is free of charge and is governed solely by these conditions of participation.
- Competition and competition prizes
We are awarding one K7S vitaSun, worth €48,000 (list price) ex works (main prize), as part of our open house event from 13 March 2025 to 14 March 2025. We are also awarding further prizes totalling around €40,000 (secondary prizes).
2. Participation in the competition
All studio operators who have been invited by the organiser to the open house event from 13 March 2025 to 14 March 2025 and are present through a legal representative are eligible to participate.
Studio operators are only those who are not dealers of products or similar products sold by the organiser.
Each studio operator receives a raffle ticket on arrival. They can thus participate once in the draw for the main prize and once in the draws for the secondary prizes. Tickets will only be distributed during the daytime program and the draw will take place after the presentations.
The tickets are not transferable.

Participation in the competition must be declared at the latest upon entering the event by handing in the ticket. There is no legal right to participation. The organiser is entitled to exclude all persons from participation without giving any reason whatsoever.
Employees of the organiser and their close relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Procedure
The awarding will consist of 3 draws.
The main prize will be drawn once (one draw on 14 March 2025).
The secondary prizes (sunny extras) will be drawn twice (one draw on 13 March 2025 and one draw on 14 March 2025), but you can only take part in one draw for the secondary prizes.
The draws take place after the presentations. To participate in the draw, you must also be present after the presentations. The draws take place at the organiser's headquarters.
4. Miscellaneous
The transport and assembly of the main prize is not covered by KBL GmbH and is the responsibility of the winner. The handover takes place exclusively at the organiser's headquarters. If the prize is not handed over within a reasonable period of time, it may be transferred to another participant.
The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner and the prize cannot be transferred to another person. The prize cannot be converted or paid out in cash. If necessary, the recipient is responsible for paying any due tax on the prizes.
5. Data protection
By participating in the competition, you consent to the collection and use of your address, surname and first name, if applicable, and e-mail address. We collect, store and process this personal data for the purpose of organising and running the competition and to notify you if you win. The data will not be passed on to third parties. It can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us. Your data will then be deleted.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their name, studio name, address of the registered office or place of business and picture in the advertising media used by the organiser (in particular: website, social media). This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator's website and their social media platforms.
6. Liability
KBL GmbH reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice for good reasons. A cancellation for a good reason may be made in particular if the proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Liability towards participants is excluded in this respect.
